The sky's the limit

Roller coaster, an emotional roller coaster! Riding in the cart. Up and down, around and around. Will my feet ever touch ground? I take a leap and head for a dive. Only God knows where my toes will touch and if or when my heart will stop. I continue on this path, taking all that drops from the sky. I look up and wonder why. Why am I the way I am.. Well, I know but now I have to try to change my thinking which destroys my mind. My heart weighs heavy with all my thoughts. I'm burdened by my own negativity which I can't seem to stop! This life is short and I must get a grip soon or I'll find myself at the end of my ropes much too soon...
