A Little Slice of Peace in Life

Love, Lust and Passion, the most enjoyable feelings. Desire and a sense of being wanted and needed. It's what we want, what we need. Some of us have minds that run a thousand miles an hour. Rarely do we get the chance, if ever, to enjoy the moment. The daily grind and stress. Then, when it's least expected, the tired body and mind gives in to this passionate experience in hopes of full, thoughtless. quiet minded enjoyment. If you allow yourself to follow through, especially with someone you love, the night could turn into more than expected. Tired, mind cluttered with bills, the kids, responsibilities and back pain, but then, suddenly, able to enjoy it, getting lost, forgetting the place and time. Forgetting the walls are thin. Completely lost in the moment with your love and reaching a level of enjoyment so rare in your life. A moment of peace when all the stress of each day melts away with time and is forgotten in that moment. Allow yourself to try and believe it possible, it is possible. Such passion is part of the enjoyment of life. Being loved, unconditionally, by the one you love can overcome the daily stress of life. Make time for the one you love and let it be a moment between the two of you. Date nights or any night can give you a little slice of peace in life.

Forward

"Forward" Seems to be a word being used by people around me quite often lately. Sounds good but I carry the past on my shoulders like a heavy bag in my hand that I can't put down. I can't help but feel that the past will repeat because it has for 5 years! Why wouldn't I doubt it? Trust... now that's a hard one. I have found I can't trust anyone. Why can't I just give in and give my all and put my heart on the line and see what happens? I would rather take the risk and put my best effort into everything so I know that I tried and failure is not a result of my with holdings. Does anyone have advice?

Forgiveness

I find it difficult at this moment in time to forgive someone for something they've done. I have been able to do it in the past under other circumstances, which took me about 6 years but I had not thought about forgiving that person until 6 years later because I didn't know it was something that should be and could be done. I don't want to wait another day let alone 6 years.

I am now in the position that I absolutely must learn to forgive this person. All of my suspicions have been confirmed and as heart wrenching as it is I have to forgive him very soon or I may carry this burden for far longer than necessary...

This is the most difficult thing I have ever had to go through and to find out that the person you love can just look you in the eyes, straight faced and lie to you is just painful in more ways than one. The only thing I've ever asked for was Honesty and it was the only thing he never gave to me...
