Tijuana Flats

Do you wanna, Tijuana? The 1st Tijuana Flats was opened in Winter Park, Florida, a nice upper class area near Orlando, Florida. The pictures below are of the location in Boynton Beach, Florida. I have been to many Tijuana Flats around the state including Brandon, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Tampa, Westchase, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Pembroke Pines and Hollywood. I know there are more I can't recall the cities. The chicken / steak taco salad is amazing! Everyone knows me and they get it right every time. They have Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursday specials. So many sauces to choose from. "Smack my Ass and call me Sally"  Thanks to Brian Wheeler, I have been able to have my favorite food no matter where I have lived. They also offer beer and wine. Barefoot wine is my favorite selection. It has a nice inviting atmosphere and ceiling tiles that are designed by the locals. Every location has a similar set up with amazing art to view as you dine inside. They also offer patio dining for those nice "cool" Florida days.

East Ocean Cafe in Boynton Beach

The East Ocean Cafe in Boynton Beach, Florida is a quaint little restaurant. They offer breakfast, brunch or lunch everyday from 7:00am-2:00pm. If you choose to stop by on the weekend, it can be quite busy because this restaurant offers the best food on East Ocean Avenue. This adorable cafe offers French press coffee made fresh and tastier than regular brew. The food is as tasty as a home cooked meal made with love by grandma. The perfect daytime gathering place for friends and family to sit and chat and take in the view around them. Although it sits near the railroad, watching the train pass by can be exhilarating when patio dining. This is the place to stop for morning coffee or an afternoon of enjoyment while passing through or visiting Boynton Beach located at: 412 E Ocean Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.

Starting a Business - Tips to begin

So you decided to start a business! Here are several steps to take to get started on the right foot:
  1. Write a Business Plan You can find several websites that offer a template, sometimes the local county website may offer a template to assist new start up businesses.
  2. Raise your Capital. Whether using your own money, getting a loan or you have business partners who are investing, you must have a financial plan on how the money will be spent. You will also need a business checking account, business credit card for expenses and it's a good idea to get an EIN-Tax ID number. You can find tax information on their website at www.irs.gov.
  3. Name your Business. Give it a name that coincides with what your business is about.
  4. Make it Legal.
    • Check on local, State and Federal licensing, permits and business tax receipt requirements. It's important to follow the guidelines.
  5. Set Your Pricing. Avoid contradicting pricing. Don't price it one way on your website and then another way on Craigslist. You have to have consistency to gain public trust.
  6. Investigate Your Insurance Options. Purchasing business insurance protects your business against liability, theft and fire losses. Research the type of insurance and the amount of coverage in detail.
  7. Set Up Your Office. Whether you are a mobile business or you have a physical location, you must have an "office" where all of your business documents, phones, computers and fax/copier will be located. You will still require a business office to send emails, make copies of important documents for filing your licensing and receiving phone calls. Also, having a file cabinet to store all of your tax documents, receipts, expense reports, and any other necessary documents.
  8. Get Stationery and Business Cards. I love using VistaPrint! I use Vistaprint.com for all my business needs. They are low cost and provide fast delivery. I speak from personal experience!
  9. Get a Second Phone Line. Having a separate phone line will be beneficial, particularly when you have a physical location. You may decide a separate phone line may also be necessary even if you have a mobile business. It's based on personal preference but for a physical location, you will definitely need phone lines and internet to run your daily operations.
  10. Addresses: If you do run a mobile business, you may also consider getting a P.O. Box for regular correspondence. Just remember, Fed Ex, UPS and couriers must deliver to a physical address.

Palm Beach, FL (Car Audio & Electronics Installations)

Have you taken your vehicles to the local stereo and window tinting shops only to find their installer is inexperienced? Chain stereo and window tint shops hire inexperienced individuals so they can offer rock bottom pay to save themselves money resulting in poor quality installations and repairs. They have to pay their businesses bills to run the shop, such as rent, electric, water, misc expenses, repairs, salaries and even franchise fees! That being said, YOU, as the consumer, has to "help" them pay all of their bills and expenses leaving you to pay $300 for a $99.00 dollar installation job from start to finish.

There is a new business that offers mobile services, that can assist you with any vehicle / equipment / watercraft / RV or motorcycle car radios, navigation, sound systems, key less entry, door lock repairs, LED interior lighting and several other services. They offer professional MOBILE services with over 24 years of experience in the field. They don't have to pay rent, electric, water or franchise fees leaving you with an accurate bill to pay and professional service done with passion!

The new "breadwinner" Women!

These days it's not difficult to see who the up and coming individuals are in the US. Statistics show that more women are beginning to make more money and becoming the main financial providers in their homes. No longer are the days of a strong man we can rely on to hold down the household. More and more men are becoming "domesticated" on the home front while their wives take on the finances and bring home the bacon. Every woman would still appreciate having a man that has her "back." It seems that more men don't mind having their spouse take control. The women are still responsible for handling the bills, working a job, taking care of the kids and cleaning the home.

Sell your stuff on Amazon

I have been selling my personal items on Amazon for many years. It's fast and easy. Make sure you are selling good quality used or new/unused products or items that you no longer need or want. You will want good reviews to get more buyers so honesty is the best policy. The items must already be listed on Amazon to be sold, however, with Amazon Prime you have more options but there is a fee. I do not use Amazon Prime at all since I don't have a business and I just sell things to help pay my bills. You may also choose to sell directly to Amazon at less than 1/2 of what you really want but I haven't done that yet either.  If it is something you desperately want to sell, then selling to Amazon directly would be a good option. Be careful when selling electronics and be sure to get insurance when shipping.

Go home, go through your clutter and gadgets and sell away!

Stupid Ways to Earn Extra Cash

1. One way to earn straight cash, but not quickly, is by using Inbox Dollars. You can use the website or the app from the app store. You can also earn cash by doing searches, downloading apps, watching videos and by other options provided.
2. Download the "quick thoughts" app and take the surveys. The reward is iTunes money that you can receive in increments of $10.00.
3. Bing offers this fantastic point system where you can earn points that turn into $$ for anything from Amazon.com dollars, Starbucks, Burger King gift cards, gift cards, Airline miles and gaming gift cards. They will add new items every now and then and it seems to get better each time. I have bought clothing, purses, airline miles, Starbucks and even a dining gift card discount added to my bill as I sat at the restaurant.
